Go, the difference it makes...

“The simple thing that separates successful individuals from those who languish is the very thing that separates exciting and growing organizations from those that stagnate and die.” (Godin, 2011)

It’s not lack of knowing that keeps most individuals and organizations from doing.
So, what’s different about those that do – and continue to do over and over again?

  • Intolerance for lack of improvement?
  • No fear of change; or a willingness to advance anyway?
  • Not accepting ‘smart talk’ as a substitute to action?
  • Willingness to take a risk?
  • Possession of true leadership traits and ability?
  • A craving to create; a want to be an artist?
  • No concern for credit?
  • Inextinguishable initiative?

What is it?
…The difference is go.

And it’s made up of a whole bunch of things,
…but how much of it is in you and your organization?
…glean gluttonously – reward execution and honor results – glorify go.
