All too often organizations don’t have enough information, or enough of the right information, to make rational, forward-looking decisions. Basing decisions on 'gut feel' may lead to strong stomach pains in the future.

1. What external information is material to the future of the organization?

2. How can the organization effectively capture information from the market?

3. How can the organization transform information into useful and more forward-looking insights?
